One purchase equals one room or one studio apartment. If the space you are submitting includes two connected rooms, like a living room / dining room, you will have to make two separate purchases for each room.

You will receive your custom plan back within 60 days from when you submit all the required information. Once you purchase the package, you will be emailed a form to complete, asking for all relevant information. I will review and once all required information is received, we will schedule a call.

This investment in your home (including everything listed above) is currently set at $963 USD per room or studio apartment.

Yes, either to someone specific (friend / family / loved one / arch nemesis / etc), or to the next available scholarship recipient (see below).
